About these terms
These terms apply to your use of recovershift.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Recover Shift is operated from Spain and sells to customers in the United States.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can vary slightly between screens. If a product arrives materially different from how it was described, our Refund Policy covers you.
Not a medical device
AIRboots™ PRO are a massage and relaxation device intended for general wellness use. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory or cardiovascular condition or a history of blood clots, have had recent surgery, or have any concern about whether this product is right for you, talk to your doctor before using it. Stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you’ve already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we can’t verify the address, if we suspect fraud, or if the item is out of stock — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Returns and warranty
Our 60-day home trial and 1-year warranty are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Recover Shift name, logo, text, images and videos on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
