Free tracked shipping
Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no surcharges at checkout.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It can take 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear. Your order is shipped by our international fulfillment partner, so tracking may show it passing through international sorting facilities before it’s handed to the local US carrier.
No customs fees on delivery
There’s nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. Any import duties or fees on US orders are covered by us. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment related to your order, don’t pay it — forward the message to us and we’ll sort it out.
Shipping protection
Every order is protected against loss and damage in transit, at no extra cost. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Photos of any damage help us process it faster.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll correct it before your order ships. Once a package has shipped, we can’t redirect it.
